Styles We Make
Weave type decides how sharp the logo reads — here is what each one is good at.
Damask main label
Dense weave for fine text and small lettering — the sharpest of the woven options.
Satin main label
Glossy surface that catches light; best for bold logos rather than fine print.
Taffeta label
Matte, economical weave for size and content labels.
Size label
Small folded or straight-cut label showing size, usually stacked with the main label.
Flag tag
End-folded tag sewn into a side seam, standing out from the garment.
Loop fold label
Folded into a loop and sewn into the seam — common on denim and outerwear.

Common Questions
How small can the text be on a woven label?
On 100D damask, text down to about 1.5 mm cap height stays legible. Below that we recommend printing instead of weaving.
Will the label survive industrial washing?
Yes — with a heat-seal or taffeta construction and correctly specified yarn. Tell us the wash programme (temperature, bleach, tumble dry) and we will match the material.
Can I see the colours before weaving?
We send a woven strike-off of your logo in the actual yarn colours. Metallic and pastel shades are the ones worth checking first.
